My name is Richie Ingham, I am the owner and operator of RIPT Strength.


I have had a passion for fitness as long as I can remember but it was during my career as a Royal Marine Commando that I discovered my passion for strength sports.


In 2017 I left the Royal Marines to Share my love for strength training and fitness and thats what I do here at RIPT Strength


I have personal experience in high level endurance, completing several ultra marathons and a quadrathlon. I have also competed at a regional level at Olympic weight lifting but my main passion is powerlifting in which I actively compete at a world class level. I have competed at the National championships on multiple occasions and have also represented Team GB at the European and World Championships.


What do we do?

I offer 1to1 strength coaching, Personal training, nutritional advice, online coaching and programming working out of Halifax Strength Unit in Halifax West Yorkshire.


I utilise my broad knowledge from my many years as a Royal Marine Commando, my history of ulra-marathons, my experience competing in Olympic weightlifting and my years of experience and continuing persuit of competing internationally in Powerlifting to achive my clients physique, health and strength goals.

pay as you go sessions

If you just want a little short term support then why not try a PAYG one off 1to1 session.


we can discuss what you would like support on before each session and i will custom write a one off session to support your long term goals. 


This option is a stand alone session and does not include programming or nutritional support


£50 per hr session

Monthly coaching contract

This is the most robust, all round solution. The coaching contracts are for people looking for making real results and are commited to acchive their goals. 


The Coaching contract is a monthly rolling contract that starts with a minimum 3 month commitment and then 1 months cancellation notice thereafter. 


These contracts come with full programming for each month. This includes sessions to do on your own time as well as each coaching session. 


The contract also comes with food diary critique and advice to support your goals. 


On top of all this the contract includes either 1, 2 or 3 1to1 sessions per week.


I will be in constant contact with you throughout your programme and your training will be adaped constantly depending on your needs.


1 x 1to1 session per week  - £165

2 x 1to1 session per week - £330

3 x 1to1 session per week - £495

4 x 1to1 sessions per week - £650

Online/Remote coaching

This option is for people who are unable to see me in person or for people who just need a little support without 1to1 sessions.


The online coaching option is a monthly rolling contract that starts with a minimum 3 month commitment and then 1 months cancellation notice thereafter. 


You will get a full programme made specifically for you delivered to you each month. 


Each week  we will have a review in wich we can discuss your food diaries, critique videos of the exercises you have submitted and discuss the training week gone and the upcoming week. 


I will be in constant comunication with you to support your training. 


£82.50 per month
